Hospital Executive Board

The hospital Board of Governors is made up of five members selected as follows:

• Two members to be appointed by the County Commissioners of Spink County
• Three members appointed by the City Council of the City of Redfield.
• The term of each hospital board member is three years and that no more than three consecutive three year terms may be served.
• Vacancies shall be filled by appointment to complete unexpired terms by either the County Commissioners or the City of Redfield.
• Appointments shall be made effective May 1st each year.
