Maintenance: The maintenance department maintains approximately 75,000 square feet of buildings and the equipment within.
These include: Community Memorial Hospital, Redfield Clinic, Randall Pharmacy, Sunset Court annex and the Doland Clinic. Updating the boilers, chillers and air handling equipment in the last addition and remodeling greatly improved temperature control and patient comfort.
Housekeeping: Returning to hard floors from carpet improved the look of cleanliness. New floor equipment helps maintain the clean shine.
