Pheasantennial Park Dedication Ceremony & Groundbreaking

On October 17, 2008, City, County, & State Officials gathered along with relatives of H.A. Hagmann, Richard Emmerich (Full Circle Farms) Ron Schara of Pheasants Forever and community members at the Spink County Courthouse in Redfield, SD for a dedication ceremony and groundbreaking of the Pheasantennial Park.
