Providing family musical experiences for over
50 years to the Redfield Community.

spacerConcerts are held in the beautiful auditorium at the SDDC campus. The auditorium is handicap accessible from the west entrance. Parking is available in the Grace Schafer and food service parking lots north of the auditorium.

spacerLocal groups and service organizations such as 4-H groups, music boosters, boy or girl scouts provide refreshments at intermission for a donation.

spacerMany of the performers offer CD’s and tapes for purchase at the concerts.

spacerRACA appreciates the wonderful support it receives from the community as a whole but especially from the many local businesses who make financial contributions to support our local concert association during the Partners Drive.

spacerSeason membership in RACA allows admission to all concerts held in Redfield. Plus due to the reciprocal agreement between the Huron and Pierre Concert Associations Redfield members may also attend 10 additional concerts held in Huron and Pierre. Membership is available during the annual membership drive held in late summer/early fall.

Home Free is a perfect fusion of comedy and four-part harmony. Built upon the acoustic beauty of a capella singing - combined with one astounding vocal percussionist - Home Free has been amazing audiences all over the Midwest since 2000. A dynamic start to Redfield's 2009-2010 concert series.



Paul Asaro
Tuesday, November 17, 2009 ~ 7:30 p.m.


Paul Asaro is known as one of the finest of a select group of pianists who perform the demanding two-handed piano styles such as the Stride piano of Fats Waller, the New Orleans styles of Jelly Roll Morton, the ragtime of Scott Joplin, plus stomps, boogie-woogie and swing. A fine night of entertainment.



Chatterton Duo
Sunday, March 7, 2010 ~ 3:00 p.m.


This show features flutist Linda Chatterton, one of those rare musicians who melds technical ability with a wondrous musical gift. Accompanied by piano, her repertoire will include facets of her solo, chamber music and concerto performances. This special Sunday matinee program will be a wonderful way to wind down after the week end.



Riders In The Sky
Friday, April 9, 2010 ~ 7:30 p.m.


The premier western group, Riders in the Sky, will be bringing their legendary music to Redfield in April. "Tumblin' Tumbleweeds," "Cool Water" and "Rawhide" are among the favorites you'll hear at this show. Even if you're not a fan of western music, you'll love this Grammy Award winning group.
